APARTMENTMAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Highland House Villas is currently hiring a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team! We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual with experience in general property maintenance and a strong knowledge of basic repair skills. Qualifications Experience with basic handyman skills and general maintenance Knowledge and experience with electrical and plumbing Knowledge of appliances repairs and installation HVAC certification/experience preferred Ability to troubleshoot and complete maintenance requests efficiently Ability to work independently and as part of a team Apartment/property maintenance experience is a plus Position Details Full-time positionPay:
