Sign-OnRetention Bonus :
$500 after six months of continuous employment and $500 after one year of continuous employment. Maintain, Repair, and Install Manufacturing Equipment :
Perform preventative maintenance. Troubleshoot and remove, replace, rebuild or install equipment components and machinery.
Recommend improvements to plant equipment:
alert supervisor to any problem trends, vulnerability to breakdowns, or safety concerns.
Salary Range :
Initial pay is based on experience, but we strive to make employee development a priority and offer step and pay progressions
Qualifications:
We're looking for someone who has: 3 - 5 + yrs. experience in a manufacturing environment or degree in related field Strong troubleshootingmachine repair skills essential Technical work experience and understanding in the areas of machine pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, carpentry/construction, HVAC GrowthDevelopment We value employees who are committed to continuous improvement, knowledge development, and developing strong teams.
