We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. This role is responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance across multiple rental units, ensuring properties are safe, clean, and well-maintained for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general repairs: plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, carpentry, drywall, painting Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner Handle turn-around/flip work between tenants (cleaning, patching, painting, repairs) Inspect units regularly and report any issues or needed improvements Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and property systems Respond to maintenance emergencies when needed Assist with groundskeeping, trash removal, and exterior upkeep Maintain tools, supplies, and company equipment properly Communicate clearly with office staff, tenants, and supervisors

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Professional, friendly attitude when interacting with tenants Preferred (not required): Experience in property maintenance or apartment turns Knowledge of HVAC systems, appliance repair, or electrical troubleshooting Ability to participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
