Job Description

Millwork Shop Maintenance Technician Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for repairing machinery and equipment while maintaining appropriate records. Responsible for scheduling and performing routine preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment while maintaining appropriate records. Responsible for coordinating & scheduling necessary trades needed for repairs and maintenance that require significant expertise. Coordinate with Management on downtime to help prevent production bottlenecks. Coordinate approved tradesmen for repairs out of scope of work. Responsible for coordinating and scheduling necessary repairs and maintenance on vehicles at approved body shops. Potential Routine Oil Changes if possible Obtain quotes from vendors to ensure competitive pricing, quality assurance, and competitive lead times. Ensure all of the subject property (including inside/outside of property) is well maintained and adheres to OSHA guidelines and standards. (Includes scrap material, waste, routine maintenance and repairs, etc). Responsible for coordinating Mid-America Woodworking training. In addition, responsible for implementation of necessary recommendations from Mid-America. This may include coordination with plant manager. Perform other duties as assigned. CNCs, Tablesaws & Cutting Assembly & Boring Machinery Edgebanding & Moulder Sanding & Finishing Machinery Dust Collection Vehicle Fleet Maintenance Electric Work Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
