• Experienced Window & Door Crew Leader (St. Charles County, MO) Forefront Windows & Doors is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Crew Leader who takes pride in craftsmanship and wants to build something special. What we're looking for:
• 5+ years of dedicated experience with insert and full-frame replacement windows of premium brands
• 5+ years of dedicated Entry Door installation experience
• Can install pre finished Trim Mouldings around doors and windows.
• Patio door installation experience
• Skilled at bending aluminum trim, caulking with clean professional finishes
• Carpentry knowledge for framing, drywall, custom interiors, etc is a bonus
• Ability to lead a small crew, solve problems, and communicate professionally with homeowners
• Someone who values quality, integrity, and doing the job right—not just getting it done
• This is not an entry level position.

We are looking for a journeyman to master level installer.

Compensation & Benefits:
