Some examples of the Maintenance Technician job duties include, but are not limited to: Maintain appearance and maintenance of the community Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance repairs in a timely and professional manner Execute preventative maintenance programs Complete make readies in a detailed and timely manner including painting Maintain proper level of inventory and order maintenance supplies as needed Adhere to and comply with company safety policies and rules Maintenance Technician qualifications: 3-5 years maintenance experience (at least 3 in multi-family industry) required EPA Certification is required, Type I & II Make-ready and painting experience required Class A maintenance experience preferred CPO Certification is preferred Yardi experience preferred Must be available to be on-call as required Current and valid driver's license and auto insurance required
