+ Quarterly Bonus Monday-Friday | First Shift | Direct Hire We're recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a growing industrial business in St. Peters, MO. This is a first-shift position offering strong earning potential, optional overtime and a comprehensive benefits package. Pay & overtime Up to $36.00 per hour, depending on experience Pay is based on your level of maintenance experience Technicians average around 50 hours per week Overtime is optional, not mandatory Around 10 hours of overtime may be available each week Overtime paid at time and a half Quarterly bonus typically $900-$1,000 when company targets are achieved The role You'll carry out preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs across a wide variety of machinery and equipment.

This includes:

Industrial machinery Heavy equipment Diesel engines Hydraulics and pneumatics Trucks and trailers Forklifts and skid steers Cranes, excavators and material handling equipment Welding and fabrication General mechanical repairs The original job description specifically calls for experience across equipment, buildings, vehicles, trailers and machinery, with diesel, hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication and heavy equipment among the preferred areas of experience.
