Overview Join our dynamic team as a Framer/Laborer and be a vital part of building durable, high-quality structures! This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on projects, from building erection to restoration and remodeling to Maintenance of existing structures . As a Framer/Laborer, you will utilize your hands-on skills and technical knowledge to handle construction materials, and contribute to the successful completion of projects. Duties Erect wood and metal buildings and framing structures using metal stud framing techniques and dimensional measurements. Install sheetrock, rebar, perform concrete forming, finishing, and plastering tasks to support foundation, finishing and structural work. Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and efficiently on various construction sites. Assist with masonry work, trim carpentry, stucco application, and woodworking projects to enhance building aesthetics and functionality. Conduct heavy lifting of materials, precise measurements with tape measures, and basic math calculations for accurate framing and installation. Support construction management by adhering to safety protocols, maintaining site cleanliness, and ensuring project timelines are met. Qualifications Proven experience in construction site work with knowledge of framing, building erection, concrete forming, or related fields. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and performing dimensional measurements accurately. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in framing or masonry tasks. Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations; experience with construction plans or schematics is preferred. Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions diligently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with welding, rebar installation, restoration projects or remodeling is a plus but not required. Pay:
$25.00 - $30.65 per hour
