You'll work across residential and commercial properties handling a mix of general repair, finish, and construction tasks. Pay ranges $15-$30/hour, based on experience and skill level. Responsibilities Perform general repairs, punch-out, and finish work on residential and commercial remodels Handle carpentry tasks such as trim, framing repairs, cabinet installs, and door/hardware fixes Travel between active job sites as assigned Follow project schedules and complete punch-list items accurately Maintain a safe, organized job site and use tools and equipment properly Communicate progress and any issues with the site lead or project manager Requirements General construction knowledge and hands-on experience in a trade or handyman role Carpentry skills (measuring, cutting, installing trim and hardware, basic framing repair) Comfortable using standard hand and power tools Reliable transportation to travel between job sites Physically able to lift materials, stand, kneel, and work on ladders Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail Compensation & How to
