Job Summary The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for assisting the Maintenance Lead at the St. Gertrude Campus including a Church, School, Parish Center, Parish Office and Meeting spaces.

Job Responsibilities Assist with janitorial duties including cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal when needed. Ensure public areas such as restrooms, classrooms, hallways, and entrances are clean and in good repair. Assist the Maintenance Lead with light repair and maintenance projects. Grass cutting and Groundskeeping as needed. Experince with 0-Turn lawn mowers a plus. Identify and report potential safety hazards or needed repairs Job Requirements Experience with custodial duties is a plus, but will train. Ability to safely operate hand and power tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand or walk for extended periods, and work in varying weather conditions.
