We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. Working under the direction of the Chief Engineer , this role is responsible for maintaining the hotel's facilities, equipment, and overall condition. The ideal candidate is organized, takes pride in their work, and can independently perform daily maintenance tasks while responding promptly to repair requests.
What You Will Be Doing:
You will be responsible for maintaining the hotels physical condition and ensuring all systems and areas are running as they should.
These duties will include:
Performing routine maintenance and repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general repairs) Responds to maintenance requests received from Front Desk or Housekeeping. Monitoring the buildings systems and addressing issues promptly. Completing preventative maintenance and scheduled inspections. Maintaining an organized workspace and maintenance office. Tracking work orders Coordinating with Vendors when needed Pool chemical testing
