Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in appliance repair, HVAC system repair, refrigeration, and mechanical systems maintenance. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and other mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair appliances, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) systems, and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Install, troubleshoot, and maintain various appliances including kitchen equipment and HVAC components. Operate company vehicles responsibly for on-site repairs or maintenance tasks at multiple locations. Lead small teams or coordinate with contractors during complex repairs or construction projects related to mechanical systems. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in compliance with operational standards. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime and ensure safety standards are met. Assist with inventory management of tools, parts, and MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) supplies to support ongoing maintenance needs. Qualifications Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician with a strong background in appliance repair and mechanical systems. Knowledge of schematics for troubleshooting electrical and mechanical components. Hands-on experience with HVAC system repair, refrigeration units, air conditioning systems, and kitchen equipment maintenance. Ability to perform appliance installation and conduct routine equipment repairs efficiently. Mechanical knowledge related to construction experience or building systems is highly desirable. Familiarity with HVAC & appliance technology as well as MRO practices. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely. Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or lead small teams effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with attention to detail in maintaining safety standards.
