Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our facilities. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair issues related to HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and general mechanical systems promptly and effectively. Install new appliances, HVAC components, and mechanical systems following schematics and technical specifications. Utilize schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex equipment problems accurately. Conduct repairs on various mechanical systems including air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and kitchen appliances while adhering to safety standards. Operate company vehicles for maintenance tasks as needed while following all safety protocols. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system conditions for compliance and future reference. Other related duties as assigned. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in appliance repair, HVAC system repair, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment maintenance. Proficiency in reading schematics and technical diagrams for troubleshooting complex systems. Hands-on experience with appliance installation, equipment repair, and maintenance operations (MRO). Knowledge of HVAC & appliance technology combined with construction experience is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical team members or clients. Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts or other machinery safely when required. Leadership qualities with the capacity to work independently or lead small teams during maintenance projects. General carpentry/construction, plumbing, and electrical skills.
