Join a team in Horn Lake as a Building Maintenance Technician where your hands-on maintenance skills will directly support safe, reliable, and well-maintained facilities. This is an opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional to work across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems. Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building systems.
- Respond to maintenance requests and complete repairs safely and efficiently.
- Inspect buildings and premises for safety hazards and coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs.
- Maintain tools and supplies, document completed work and keep accurate maintenance records. Job Requirements Required Skills & Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools and the ability to diagnose and repair equipment independently.
- Ability to lift heavy objects, work in various conditions, and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers. Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience coordinating or working with outside contractors on specialized maintenance or repairs.
- Experience maintaining computerized or written maintenance logs and inventory records.
