Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! Duties Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and electrical equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate. Perform repairs and maintenance on air conditioning units, refrigeration systems , and mechanical components using schematics and technical manuals. Troubleshoot complex electrical problems with precision and efficiency. Assist with installation, upgrades, and modifications of building systems and equipment following safety protocols. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance and future reference. Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), and equipment repair. Proficiency reading schematics and technical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately. Service technician experience with a focus on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in commercial or industrial settings. Knowledge of HVAC systems including air conditioning units and refrigeration technology--preferably ammonia refrigeration. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a detail-oriented approach to ensure high-quality work.
