Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our facilities. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools. Install, service, and troubleshoot HVAC systems including air conditioning units and ventilation systems. Conduct appliance repairs and maintenance for various commercial or industrial equipment. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools or parts as needed for maintenance tasks. Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities in compliance with operational standards. Assist with construction projects or upgrades involving mechanical systems or facility infrastructure. Respond promptly to emergency repairs to minimize operational disruptions. Lead or collaborate with team members on complex repair projects while ensuring safety protocols are followed. Stay updated on the latest HVAC & appliance technology advancements to improve service quality. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a focus on appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams effectively. Experience in HVAC system repair, air conditioning maintenance, and kitchen equipment servicing. Familiarity with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) procedures across various equipment types. Ability to operate company vehicles safely and efficiently. Construction experience or background in building infrastructure is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach to client interactions. Knowledge of HVAC & appliance technology trends and best practices. Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or lead small teams as needed. Valid driver's license suitable for operating company vehicles.
