2992010581-2 Apply for this job now Job Description CF Industries is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our technology-focused facilities and critical infrastructure. In this role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, production and lab equipment, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing to keep our software development operations running smoothly. You will troubleshoot issues, respond to work orders, coordinate with vendors, and document activities in a CMMS. Working closely with IT and operations teams, you'll help ensure a safe, reliable, and efficient environment that supports innovative software projects and 24/7 system availability. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building, mechanical, and electrical systems Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, and basic electrical issues Support maintenance of critical IT-related infrastructure such as server room cooling and power Respond to and prioritize maintenance work orders in a CMMSInspect facilities to identify safety, compliance, and repair needs Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs Document all maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment status Collaborate with IT and operations teams to minimize downtime Follow all safety, OSHA, and company compliance standards Assist with facility upgrades, moves, and small construction projects as needed Required Skills Preventive maintenance Electrical systems troubleshooting HVAC systems maintenance Plumbing repair Building automation systems CMMS (computerized maintenance management systems) Reading technical schematics and blueprints Basic networking and low-voltage cabling Safety and OSHA compliance Vendor and contractor coordination
