The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing plant reliability and maintenance efficiency. You will be responsible for proactive maintenance planning and scheduling, integrating safety and sustainability into our daily operations. The role demands a high level of precision and commitment to ensuring all plant equipment functions optimally and adheres to our stringent safety standards. Responsibilities Develop, schedule, and coordinate detailed phases of maintenance operations. Monitor and report on maintenance KPIs, adjusting workflows as required to meet objectives. Prepare work packages for every scheduled maintenance job, facilitating necessary tools, parts, and instructions. Collaborate with the operations team to schedule maintenance activities that minimize production disruptions. Implement continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and safety. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards and regulations.
