Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

This is a full-time position . Weekend availability is mandatory, with regular days off scheduled during the week. The scheduled start time will be 9:00 AM . Maintain the overall condition and functionality of the hotel, including guest rooms, common areas, equipment, and building systems. Complete preventative maintenance to help ensure hotel amenities, equipment, and facilities are functioning properly. Regularly test and maintain appropriate chemical levels for the pool and hot tub in accordance with safety requirements. Assist with preventative maintenance and repairs in guest rooms and throughout the hotel. Perform carpet shampooing and other floor-care duties as needed. Complete janitorial and general cleaning duties as needed. Assist with basic landscaping and exterior property maintenance. Identify maintenance concerns and communicate issues to management promptly. Respond to maintenance requests and complete assigned work in a timely manner. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized maintenance area and work environment. Perform any additional duties or responsibilities delegated by management.
