What You'll Do:

Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to deliver accurate information to customers

Achieve established sales goals and objectives

Conduct regular inventory assessments to ensure stock levels are maintained

Assess customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations, offering hands-on explanations when necessary

Analyze customer issues and collaborate to find effective solutions

Oversee staff management, including hiring, training, and handling disciplinary actions as needed

Perform other duties as assigned

What You Need:

Valid Driver's License and ability to pass pre-employment driver's file

A minimum of 3 years of management experience required

Strongly preferred: 5+ years of experience in tire sales and service

In-depth knowledge of tire sales and service practices required

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with others

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with MaddenCo is preferred
