Job Description
Property Maintenance Technician (Part-Time) Sykes Industries - Great Falls, MT Sykes Industries is looking for a dependable, self-motivated Part-Time Property Maintenance Technician to help care for several properties in the Great Falls area. We're looking for someone who is handy, enjoys cleaning, and takes pride in seeing the finished result of their work . The right person will notice when something needs attention and enjoy leaving a property cleaner, better maintained, and looking better than they found it. The primary responsibility of this position will be weekly cleaning and upkeep at an apartment complex, including common areas and exterior spaces. This person will also help prepare apartment units between tenants, including deep cleaning, touch-up work, painting, and minor maintenance. Additional hours may be available for cleaning, maintenance, and miscellaneous projects at other Sykes Industries properties. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule . It may be a great fit for someone looking for supplemental income and the ability to work fairly independently. Responsibilities Perform weekly cleaning of apartment common areas Clean and prepare vacant apartment units between tenants Sweep, mop, vacuum, clean windows and surfaces, and perform general/deep cleaning Keep entrances, hallways, sidewalks, and exterior areas clean and presentable Pick up litter, remove trash, and perform general property cleanup Perform touch-up painting and occasional interior painting Complete minor maintenance and basic repairs within your abilities Assist with miscellaneous cleaning and maintenance projects at other properties Identify and report maintenance items that require additional attention Document completed work, notes, and photos through a mobile app What We're Looking For More than anything, we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work .
