Our client, Manufacturing is seeking a Permanent Maintenance Technician for 3rd shift to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance team supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting mindset, a commitment to safe work practices, and the ability to read and interpret technical documentation to keep equipment running reliably.

Shift:

Full-Time Hourly (10:30pm - 6:30am, Monday through Friday) 3rd shift What's the Job? Visually inspect and listen to machine and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions. Dismantle equipment and remove parts for repair using hand tools, power tools, chain falls, jacks, cranes, or hoist. Inspect and measure parts to detect wear, misalignment, or other problems; lubricate or apply adhesives/materials according to procedures. Install, replace, or change machine parts and attachments based on engineering specifications; locate and repair damaged air and hydraulic pipes by measuring, cutting, threading, and installing new pipe. Read work orders and specifications to determine repair needs and/or Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks; record maintenance and repair information and troubleshoot equipment to restore proper operation. What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Technical trade school, military training, or college preferred. Ability to troubleshoot machine problems using root cause analysis. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation. Working knowledge of machines both mechanically and operationally, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
