Job Description
Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled General Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic facilities team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and upkeep of grounds maintenance, equipment, and infrastructure. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for all owners and visitors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your diverse grounds and maintenance skills in a fast-paced setting, contributing directly to the overall efficiency and safety of our facilities. Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to, maintaining properties for home owners and common areas, mowing, weed eating, grounds upkeep, garbage pick up, operate heavy equipment, and snow removal in the winter. Requirements Proven experience in general maintenance roles with a strong understanding of facilities maintenance operations. High school diploma or equivalent and valid drivers license required. Must be dependable and professional.
