Responsibilities:

Install garage doors, openers, and related hardware to ensure optimal performance and safety. Diagnose and repair various garage door issues, including springs, cables, and tracks Perform regular maintenance checks and servicing to enhance the lifespan of garage doors and prevent future issues. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their concerns and providing recommendations Maintain accurate records of repairs and installations Work closely with team members to ensure timely project completion and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:

Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Own reliable transportation (truck w/ bed preferred) and have the ability to buy tools necessary for the job Ability to manage time and responsibilities independently General liability and automotive insurance (required) Ability to operate a smartphone fluidly to text, upload images, and navigate through various vendor apps.
