About the Role You'll spend most of your time on job sites learning how to do home repairs and maintenance the right way. We handle a wide range of work: exterior projects, interior repairs, flooring, fixtures, drywall, painting, and more. As an apprentice, you'll work alongside our technicians, start with simpler tasks, and gradually take on more complex work as you build skills and confidence. What You'll Do Assist technicians on job sites across the coastal NC area Learn hands-on repair and installation techniques across multiple areas of home maintenance Prep work areas, organize materials, and keep job sites clean and safe Learn to read job specs and understand what quality work looks like Transport tools and materials safely Build toward becoming a skilled, independent technician What We're Looking For Reliable and ready to show up and work hard physically Basic understanding of tools (or willingness to learn fast) Safety-minded and pay attention to detail Construction, trades, or similar background is a plus. If you've got drive and the right attitude, we'll train you from the ground up Local to the Hampstead area and able to commute to job sites Pay & Growth Compensation reflects your current skill level and experience. As you develop competencies, so does your pay. This is a path to a real trade career with us.

$20.00 - $29.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
