08/05/2025 Description Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of skilled and semi-skilled building and maintenance tasks relating to the renovation, upkeep and operation of campus buildings and facilities. Perform mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing systems as appropriate.

Perform operate minor equipment:

saws, drills, grinders, etc. Inspect buildings and mechanical room equipment for needed repairs and maintenance.

Standard Working Hours:

Monday - Friday; 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Salary:

$2,650.00 per month. Minimum Qualifications Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid North Carolina Driver's License. Candidate must have the ability to operate a forklift, scissor lift, and a 40' articulating lift. Must possess two (2) years of electrical experience. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Supplemental Information Official transcripts, including other documentation verifying all reported educational qualifications, are required. Unofficial transcripts will be accepted for application purposes. The successful candidate must provide official transcripts at his or her expense within thirty (30) days of being notified of selection.
