Job Description

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Maintenance Tech to join their team. As a Maintenance Tech, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting Plant 5 operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong electrical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

$20-$28 per hour and based on mechanical/
Electrical Skills Shift:
Day Shift (7:00am- 7:00pm) and Night Shift (7:00 pm to 7:00 am) available What's the Job? Perform mechanical and electrical work at Plant 5 to ensure smooth operations. Conduct preventive maintenance on all mechanical and electrical equipment. Work independently to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues. Utilize hydraulic and pneumatic skills to maintain equipment functionality. Assist with emergency repairs and support other Madison plants if needed. What's Needed? Strong electrical skills, including knowledge of 480v, 3-phase power, and motor circuit controls. Experience with PLC troubleshooting and NEC code knowledge. Hydraulic and pneumatic skills are required. Welding skills are required. Basic computer skills and the ability to work overtime and flexible shifts. What's in it for me?
