Job Description

Compassion Health Care, Inc. is excited to announce the expansion of our healthcare services into Madison, North Carolina , with the opening of a new facility anticipated in late November 2026 . As part of this exciting growth, we are seeking a dedicated Patient Services Representative to join our team and help us expand access to high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals and families in Madison and the surrounding communities. This is a unique opportunity to join an established community health organization while playing an important role in the launch and growth of our newest location.
Summary and Responsibilities:
The Patient Service Representative will be a member of the front desk team and will participate in all duties associated with providing access to services. Duties include greeting patients and visitors, patient registration/check out, taking payments, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and providing customer service. Will be cross-trained in the areas of medical records, referrals, medication assistance and other areas of the organization as needed.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
Minimum of one-year medical office experience; eClinicalWorks experience a plus .
Knowledge/Skills:
Excellent customer service/communication skills, computer proficiency, and ability to multi-task are required. Experience with electronic medical records software is preferred. Preference will be given to individuals who are bilingual. Work Environment/Benefits Full time position with Monday-Friday schedule; no weekends or Holidays.
