Full-time year-round maintenance person needed for Coastal Vacation Resorts, a busy vacation property rental company on Oak Island, NC. 3-5 years of work-related experience and knowledge able in all areas of home repairs and improvements. Must be dependable and able to work without supervision and available to work weekends. Need to have valid driver's license and basic tools. Good benefits including paid time off, holiday pay, health, vision, dental and disability insurance, and 401k. Compensation based upon experience. Local candidates only due to "on-call" potential.
