Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Equipment Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a variety of fitness equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety for our members and staff. Training will be provided on the job along with the need to learn as issues arise. Your technical expertise will help keep our facilities running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all fitness equipment to identify potential issues early. Perform deep cleans and lamp changes of tanning amenities Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory. Collaborate with management to schedule maintenance tasks and prioritize urgent repairs. Ensure all equipment complies with safety standards and operational guidelines. Assist in installing new equipment and conducting safety checks during setup. Skills Strong technical skills with experience in repairing mechanical equipment. Ability to read technical manuals, communicate with vendors, troubleshoot machine issues. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues. Good communication skills to report issues effectively and work collaboratively with team members. Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods. Pay:

From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 18.0 - 20.0 per week
