Responsibilities:

Perform general repairs and maintenance across residential and/or commercial properties Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, and finish work as needed Handle plumbing and electrical repairs within scope of handyman services Diagnose issues and recommend cost-effective repair solutions to clients Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times Communicate professionally with customers and manage time efficiently across multiple jobs Source materials and supplies as needed for assigned projects

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Handyman or general maintenance technician Proficiency in a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and related equipment safely Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
