Job Description

We are looking for

•Drivers

• to join our team! Starting pay is $16/hr with NO experience. Experienced pool techs are eligible for higher starting pay after your experience is verified & knowledge is shown within the first 14 days. After 30-90 days of training, you will be eligible to run your own route. Additional driver raise (+$1/hr) given 30 days after route is ran efficiently along with phone bill reimbursement. No experience required. Training on site by our knowledgeable staff. Valid driver's license for minimum 2 years. Summer Saturdays a MUST as well as availability on Memorial Day, 4th of July & Labor Day. All other major holidays we are closed. We offer monthly bonuses, PTO & advancement opportunities with raises! Responsibilities a. Monitor, maintain, and log proper chemical levels in accordance with NC State laws and regulations. b. Clean/Vacuum Pools and Spas c. Maintain and clean parts associated with the pool and spa (i.e. filters, skimmers, tile, etc.) d. Note any issues with Pool or Spa e. Manage daily work via Pool Office Manager (POM). f. Make minor repairs to pools and spas (with proper training). g. Appropriately communicate with customers & co-workers. h. Utilize service equipment/tools properly (trucks, phones, equipment, chemicals). i. Maintain positive attitude & take initiative.

Shifts available:

Full Time & Part Time 8am-5pm.

September-May:

Tuesday-Friday (Full time); Thursdays & Fridays (Part Time)

June, July & August:

Tuesday-Saturday (Full Time); Tuesdays, Fridays & Saturdays (Part Time) Qualifications Must be able to work 8am-5pm (may finish earlier) Must have a valid driver's license for at least 2 years Must be able to work Saturdays June, July & August Availability on Memorial Day, 4th of July & Labor Day Be able to lift 50lbs Work outside in diverse weather Must have dependable transportation to and from work. $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 40.0 per week
