Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance

Maintain property cleanliness and safety standards

Communicate effectively with residents and property staff

Tools & Skills Required

Basic hand & power tools

Work order management experience

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

General knowledge of apartment maintenance practices
