Shift Schedule:
Sunday-Thursday-11 P.M-7A.M.
Training:
1 Week training(7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)// Then move to assigned shift Overview Our client is a leading manufacturer serving a variety of industrial markets with high-quality resin-based products. They are committed to maintaining a safe, efficient, and clean work environment while supporting teamwork and operational excellence. We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Facility Maintenance & Cleaners to support facility upkeep, cleanliness, and general maintenance operations. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in maintaining a clean and organized workplace, and are comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Perform general facility cleaning and housekeeping duties Follow all company safety policies and procedures Gather, organize, and store hoses, drop cords, and other equipment Pressure wash equipment and designated work areas Pump water from production areas as needed Clean excess water and debris from machinery and workspaces Empty outdoor trash and waste collection containers Move raw materials and supplies throughout the facility Maintain cleanliness and organization of indoor and outdoor areas Support basic facility maintenance projects as assigned Work independently and as part of a team to ensure operational efficiency Qualifications Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more on a regular basis Previous industrial cleaning, maintenance, janitorial, or general labor experience preferred Comfortable working outdoors around manufacturing equipment and machinery Strong attention to safety, cleanliness, and detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift What We Offer Weekly Pay Direct Deposit Medical Insurance Vision Insurance Referral Bonuses Holiday Pay
