Floor Care Associate Shift/Hours/Days:

1st Shift 8am-4pm Client Profile Our client is a leading manufacturer committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment while supporting daily production operations. Key Responsibilities Operate floor sweeper and floor scrubber vehicles to clean and maintain warehouse and production floors. Use brooms, mops, dustpans, and other cleaning equipment to maintain cleanliness throughout the facility. Clean main aisles, floors, curbs, and other designated work areas. Ensure all assigned floor areas remain clean, organized, and free of debris. Perform routine cleaning duties to support a safe and efficient work environment. Inspect cleaning equipment and report any maintenance concerns to the supervisor. Follow all company safety procedures and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. What You'll Bring Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or industrial cleaning experience preferred. Experience operating floor sweepers and floor scrubbers is preferred. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Good communication and time management skills. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
