All Ways HVAC is looking for a HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will maintain heating and air conditioning systems in light commercial and residential settings. Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems Inspect and clean coils, blowers, condensate lines, electrical components, and filters. Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, safety standards, and company procedures. Provide exceptional customer service during every visit. Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects Document all maintenance activities accurately Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain accurate records of work performed Familiarity with air conditioning systems and their components Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and diagrams Knowledge of field service practices and procedures Understanding of property maintenance principles and practices Ability to work with boilers and ammonia refrigeration systems (if applicable) Familiarity with HVAC system design principles EPA certification Valid driver's license
Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay commensurate with experience.
