Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a Maintenance Technician for one apartment community. This position is responsible for Interior work including painting, cleaning, moving appliances, basic carpentry, basic plumbing, cleaning out vacant units, and preparing for new residents and completing Maintenance Request from current residents. The Maintenance Technician will also be Dealing with some Vendors such as Pest Control and Landscapers. Complete other tasks as assigned by the On-Site Property Manager and the Regional Property Manager.
- Must be a safety-conscious individual with a good work ethic. "Dependable transportation" and a valid DL are required.
- Be able to Pass the Company Background Check
- Take Pride in the community by walking the grounds and picking up trash daily.
- Be able to Complete Unit Turns
- Be able to Complete Maintenance Requests
- HVAC and appliance repair would be a plus.
