Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on Ptac units refrigeration units, , and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair , mechanical equipment, and electrical components using schematics and technical manuals. Install new appliances, Ptac units, refrigeration equipment, and mechanical systems following manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Conduct repairs on complex mechanical systems including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and refrigeration lines to minimize downtime. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system inspections for compliance and future reference. Collaborate with team members to coordinate construction projects or upgrades that enhance facility operations. Experience Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a focus on Plumbing, Electrical and basic construction, Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, and plumbing Hands-on experience with HVAC system repair—including air conditioning units—and appliance installation and maintenance. Demonstrated ability to diagnose issues accurately and execute repairs efficiently in a timely manner. Knowledge of maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices within commercial or industrial settings. Construction experience or familiarity with building infrastructure is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
