Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repair of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Conduct inspections and identify areas for improvement or repair.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies needed for maintenance work.
- Assist with the installation of new equipment or systems.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, including the ability to troubleshoot and repair systems.
- Experience working with logic controllers is preferred.
- Leadership skills to effectively coordinate maintenance activities and provide guidance to other technicians.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is required.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities.
This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently as well as part of a team. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.
