Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the optimal operation and safety of our apartment complexes. In this role, you will troubleshoot issues and carry out repairs. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning living environment that supports our tenants. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a dynamic setting while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Perform repairs and preventive maintenance. Use mobile technology (apps) for clocking in and doing service tickets. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks including preventative maintenance, troubleshoot light plumbing, light electrical, light HVAC, pool maintenance, and other tasks as needed. Collaborate with team members during maintenance projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is completed efficiently. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance with a strong problem-solving or technical background. Excellent communication skills in English for effective collaboration across teams and documentation purposes. Confidence using mobile phone technology.
