One day you're patching drywall, the next you're chasing down a leaky valve — if you like variety and hate sitting still, this floating Maintenance Technician role might be exactly your speed. You'll support four of our communities in the Raymond, Exeter, Epping, and Hampton, NH area: Sunview Apartment Homes, The Residences at Colcord Pond, Stonybrook Apartments, and Longview Place. This is a floating role — you won't be handling every task at every property, but you'll be a fast first response across these four communities. Because of that, we're looking for someone who lives close by and can move easily between sites.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, plus rotating on-call coverage.

Responsibilities Include:

General apartment turnover: painting, cleaning, mechanical maintenance Light plumbing skills Light electrical skills General carpentry skills Team-oriented approach, coordinating with property managers at each site HVAC and general appliance knowledge is a plus — we're looking for someone comfortable troubleshooting mechanical issues, though it's not required.
