Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Tech to join their team. As a Maintenance Tech, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production and operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

11pm-7:30am, Monday through Friday What's the Job? Repair and maintain building systems, machinery, and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines. Observe mechanical devices in operation, listen to their sounds, and identify causes of trouble. Dismantle devices to access and replace defective parts, ensuring proper functioning. Inspect parts for imperfections, measure and adjust components, and lubricate machinery as needed. Use welding equipment, machine tools, and hand tools to repair machinery and perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting. What's Needed? Strong understanding of electrical systems and plumbing. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, bend, kneel, and climb as required. Experience with PVC, CPVC, and black steel pipe is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. What's in it for me? Opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
