You will combine hands-on mechanical expertise with proactive client communication to maintain high-stress environments and deliver reliable, high-quality service outcomes. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive cleaning and preventative maintenance on complex sterilizer systems to ensure operational integrity. Manage chemical handling, transport, and disposal processes while strictly adhering to safety and environmental protocols. Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electro-mechanical issues, providing expert consultation to clients on equipment health. Coordinate with internal logistics teams to optimize service routes and meet rigorous regional coverage requirements. Document all service activities, repairs, and equipment status updates using mobile technology and reporting software. Maintain inventory accuracy for parts and service supplies while ensuring the safe operation of company-provided vehicles. Foster strong professional relationships with facility stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and service excellence. Qualifications Required Skills High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, with at least 1 year in a technical or service-oriented field such as HVAC, mechanical, or industrial maintenance. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a flexible, travel-heavy schedule. Proficiency with mobile devices, laptops, and digital reporting tools. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic accuracy. Preferred Skills Associate degree or relevant technical certifications. Prior experience in sterile processing or healthcare-related facility maintenance. Background in deionized water systems or industrial cleaning equipment operation. Proven track record in a customer-facing field service role.
