Do you prefer working hands-on, onsite, where your expertise has immediate impact? We are NOT looking for an automotive, fabrication or welding background for this opportunity. Role snapshot Based 100% onsite in Newington, NH and reporting to the Maintenance Area Manager, you'll be the go-to specialist for advanced troubleshooting, precision repairs, and the deployment of new and reconfigured equipment. What you'll do Install and stand up maintenance functions for new/reconfigured electrical and mechanical equipment. Advise production on process improvements and coordinate equipment modifications to optimize performance. Execute preventive maintenance (PM) and in-depth troubleshooting to prevent unplanned downtime. Repair electrical and mechanical systems for plant and production machinery. Perform PM and repairs on pneumatic controls for building and production systems. Conduct PM and minor repairs on plant machinery and equipment, including hydraulic systems on production machinery. Troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment across the facility. Install and debug complex CNC control systems using advanced techniques with internal/external diagnostic equipment and software. Requisition parts and materials to support timely maintenance execution. Interpret electrical/mechanical drawings, schematics, and use diagnostic software to validate fixes. Leverage the L2L maintenance program via company-provided laptop/phone to manage work orders and PM schedules. Support general duties as assigned by management. What you need HS diploma or GED. Comfort with blueprints, schematics, ladder diagrams, and PLC logic. Basic familiarity with CNC programming languages.
