Job Description
Maintenance Technician Our manufacturing client is looking for a Maintenance Technician to keep their Wilton, NH facility running smoothly. This full-time opportunity includes a collaborative environment and a great first-shift schedule. Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician Replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments Change air filters Perform regular preventative maintenance on equipment and plant facilities Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment Perform a variety of housekeeping tasks and basic plumbing, maintenance, and carpentry functions Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas Report faulty operations or defective material Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications of the Maintenance Technician High school diploma/GED and completion of craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent combination of education and production maintenance experience Highly motivated and able to work independently Ability to lift and move objects up to 60 lbs. consistently, with heavier weight as needed on occasion This Maintenance Technician position works Monday through Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm with some flexibility.
