Mechanic - Diagnostic & Repair Poor Boy Pallet is looking for an experienced, dependable Mechanic with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. We need someone who is mechanically capable, uses good judgment, and can figure out problems and get the job done. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair company equipment and vehicles Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Welding and fabrication as needed Work with hand and power tools Repair tires and brakes; perform minor engine work Respond to breakdowns and help minimize downtime Communicate repair and maintenance needs to management Maintain a clean and safe work area Qualifications Previous mechanical experience required Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Welding experience preferred Heavy equipment, truck, trailer, forklift, or industrial equipment experience a plus Ability to work independently and solve problems Good mechanical aptitude, common sense, and attention to detail Valid driver's license for occasional road service Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Must be willing to work in all weather conditions What We're Looking For We want someone who knows how things work and knows how to figure out why they don't work. You don't need to know everything—you need to be mechanically capable, willing to troubleshoot, and able to find practical solutions.

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00
