You know how to fix things. We need someone who does. Edison, NJ | 2 Communities | 215 Total Units Monday-Friday, 8 AM-4 PM | Every-Other-Week On-Call Let's be honest. When something breaks, some people call someone. You're the person who wants to figure out what's wrong. If you're knowledgeable about plumbing and electrical , take pride in doing things the right way, show up when you say you will, and work well with the people around you, we should talk. What does this job actually look like? A little bit of everything. You'll troubleshoot plumbing and electrical issues, handle apartment repairs and turns, take care of preventative maintenance, respond to resident work orders, and keep an eye out for the things that need attention before they become bigger problems. You'll work across two Edison communities: 192 units and 23 units, so you'll have variety without constantly being on the road. And every other week, you'll be part of our on-call rotation for maintenance emergencies. We're looking for four things:

KNOWLEDGEABLE

You know your way around plumbing and electrical, can troubleshoot a problem, and know when you can handle it yourself, or when it's time to call in help.

PROFESSIONAL

You understand that residents are trusting you in their homes. You communicate well, treat people respectfully, and take pride in your work.

PUNCTUAL 8 AM

means 8 AM. Your teammates shouldn't have to wonder if you're showing up.

A TEAM PLAYER
