Job Duties:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs across apartments and common areas, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, appliances, and unit turnovers. Respond quickly to resident service requests and complete work orders efficiently to maintain resident satisfaction and property standards. Prepare vacant units for new residents by conducting inspections, repairs, cleaning, and make-ready improvements. Support overall property operations through preventative inspections, seasonal maintenance, safety compliance, vendor coordination, and participation in emergency on-call services.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of property maintenance experience with knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general construction. Skilled in safely operating hand and power tools, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with residents, vendors, and team members. High school diploma or equivalent required; must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing ladders.
