Job Description

Job Summary Responsibilities:
Repair and install sheetrock and drywall Perform plumbing repairs and fixture replacements Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues Service and maintain heating systems Repair and replace windows and doors Complete general building maintenance and repairs Respond to tenant maintenance requests Perform preventative maintenance and inspections path and paint repair or replace hot water tanks unclogged toilets and sinks and all types of handyman work that a property management need need to have a car

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
