Maintenance Technician /

Maintenance Mechanic Shift:

1st Shift (6:30 AM-3:30 PM)

Pay Range:

$30-$34/hour

• based on experience We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to help keep manufacturing equipment running safely, efficiently, and reliably. This is a hands-on role focused on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, equipment repair, PLCs, and minimizing production downtime. Duties Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and electronic equipment Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance Troubleshoot, modify, and configure PLCs and process instrumentation Maintain motors, pneumatics, conveyors, and production machinery Read and work from electrical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals Build and wire control panels as needed Diagnose equipment failures using testing and precision measuring tools Complete and track maintenance work orders through CMMS Partner with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability Requirements 3+ years of hands on industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience. Experience with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, PLCs, pneumatics, motors, and industrial manufacturing equipment. Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Knowledge of motors, pneumatics, conveyors, and industrial equipment Ability to read schematics and blueprints Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance Ability to troubleshoot equipment independently and identify equipment failures Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
